(Reuters) - The United Kingdom's Antitrust Court decided on Monday that Epic Games, the maker of the mainstream Fortnite game, would not be permitted to seek after its body of evidence against Apple Inc. in the United Kingdom over the App Store installment framework and control application downloads. 

The two organizations have been at chances since August, when the game producer attempted to evade Apple's 30% expense on the App Store by dispatching an in-application installment framework, which prompted Apple's resulting restriction on Fortnite from its store.
